As a leading company in the communications industry and in the Israeli economy, Partner has been recognized for its activities in a wide range of areas, including customer service, marketing, corporate governance, etc. Following are a number of select examples from recent years:

  • 2015 – for the 10 consecutive year, Partner has been leading Market-Test’s “Customer Experience Index” in all parameters defined as being cardinal in the customer experience index (since 2005).
  • 2015 – Ministry of Communications report – the report found that Partner had the fewest justified complaints in relation to its subscriber base in 2014.
  • 2015 – Israeli Consumer Council report – the report found that Partner had the fewest customer complaints in 2013.
  • 2015 – for the 11 consecutive year, Partner has been ranked first as “the best company to work for” among the cellular companies, according to a poll conducted by TheMarker magazine and BDI COFACE (since 2005).
  • 2015 - for the 10'th consecutive year, Partner has won the Gold Cup, first place in “Satisfaction with the Quality of Customer Service” in a public poll conducted by the daily Yedioth Aharonoth newspaper (since 2005).
  • 2015 – Partner has been named in Maala’s platinum plus category, the highest category, for corporate social responsibility (since 2008).
  • 2013 – Partner’s website won the “Best Website among Cellular Companies” award in the Webi 2013 Competition, sponsored by the “People and Computers” Group.
  • 2012 – winner of the “Product of the Year” award in the “Consumer-Choice Communications Packages” category
  • 2012 – for four consecutive years, Partner was named a “Super Brand of the Year” by the global Super Brand Organization (since 2009).
  • 2009 – Partner won first place as “the Most Influential Brand in Israel” and as “the Most Innovative Company in Israel,” according to a poll conducted by TheMarker magazine.
  • 2008 – winner of the EFFIE award for “Best Marketing Campaign” in the communications category from the Israel Management Center.
